£128,000-a-week player could still agree Man United move – Approach made

Last year, Manchester United was very busy at the deadline (the winter transfer window), signing Bruno Fernandez and Odion Igalo.

It seems that this time around, the Red Devils are going to have a very quiet deadline day. As far as the signings are concerned, reports do not suggest that we will sign anyone but a top striker is in the lime light.

Bosnian international player Edin Dzeko is looking for a new club and it is still possible to move to Old Trafford, but time is running out and things need to be done as soon as possible.

The broadcast window will close at 11:00 PM UK time tonight.

According to “Corriere Dello Sport”, Dzeko tried his best to leave Roma, but he always ended in failure.

In 2018, he failed to transfer to Chelsea. In 2019, he wanted to transfer to Inter Milan, but the deal failed. Juventus was eager to attract him last summer. However, this was not done again.

CdS claim that the 34-year-old center forward is annoyed and has changed his agent in order to get a move away from the Giallorossi.

The best option is to return to Manchester City, but that option is not available. Corriere Dello Sport claims to have recently contacted Manchester United, who can still sign the player for £128,000 a week.

However, it was pointed out that the time to reach an agreement that satisfies everyone is very short. Another trouble is that the Roma must find a replacement without spending any money.

Solskjaer does need to improve his strike-force. He already lured a veteran in the form of Cavani in the summer and now, he does not need to spend on another veteran. Next summer, Man Utd must move to sign a top quality and young center forward.
