After facing Sheffield United in midweek, The Red Devils will play against Arsenal this weekend.
It is likely that Arsenal will be missing some key players when they host the Red Devils in the Premier League on Saturday.
Arsenal will be looking for another great performance this weekend after knocking Southampton out of the FA Cup, but they have to make it without some key players.
Kieran Tierney didn‘t attend the matches against Southampton due to a calf injury and it is not yet confirmed if he will join the team on Saturday.
“He wasn’t available against Southampton in the FA Cup – He was injured,” said Arsenal’s coach.
“He is still injured today, and let’s see how he progresses for the game against Man United.”
Thomas Partey and Emile Smith Rowe were also forced off through injury on Tuesday.
When Arteta was asked if Partey came off with cramp, he said: “We don’t know – He was feeling some discomfort, hopefully it is nothing, but he was struggling.”
While on Smith Rowe, Arteta added: “ He was injured for the game in the FA Cup, so he wasn’t available.
“We knew that today he could probably not play the whole game and he has some muscular discomfort – He had to come off again.”
